How Refilling Works

1. Browse products on the Shop Page.
2. Add Products to Cart – Refillable Products are sold by 100ml Quantities. 5 = 500ml.
3. Select a container. Yours or Ours.
4. Checkout.
5. If you choose your container, leave it out on your doorstep the very next day.
6. If you chose our container, put your feet up!
7. Have future generations thank you.

What are Jar Deposits

If you’d like to order using our Jar system – It’s simple. Select the size of the container you’d like, add it to the cart and checkout. There will be an additional 1-time charge for each Jar based on size. You can use these Jars to continue to refill your products over time, or you can return them for a wallet deposit against future purchases.

Can I get “Top-Up” – Yes!

Have existing Bobby’s Refillery products in a container of your choice – We can provide a top up.
Order to the nearest ml and we’ll weigh the container prior to refilling for better accuracy in pricing adjustments, refunding or additional charges as required.

Do I have to order online

No – You can call us at (403)-400-1354, Text, Email or send us a message via Social Media

Where do you deliver

We deliver to the city of Airdrie, Alberta along with the surrounding community of Rocky View County and town of Crossfield.

What’s a Closed-Loop System

We’ve worked hard to find vendors that honor a closed-loop model for refillable household products. Once our bulk containers are finished with we’ll send them back to the manufacturer for refilling. This is the same idea we have for Bobby’s Refillery on a community-scale: the goal of our reusable glass container deposit program – meant to encourage reuse of glass jars for ongoing refills or to return the jar to us for a deposit credit on your account. Together we can create one closed-loop system for the containers we use for everyday products.

For any non-refill product, we’ve worked to find vendors that will adjust their packaging habits to help reduce any plastic packaging, where at all possible.  We’re also ensuring any cardboard packaging is reused for local deliveries.
