Bobby’s Refillery provides refillable, eco-friendly household and personal care products.
We operate out of Airdrie, Alberta, Canada, and focus on reducing packaging waste through sustainable refill systems.
Local Service Area
At this time, we only deliver and provide refill services within Airdrie, Alberta for Zip Codes T4A & T4B.
If you place a successful order outside our service area, it will be cancelled and refunded.
Please Contact Us if you would like to discuss an order outside of our Service area.
Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
Payment is processed securely through Helcim.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
Delivery
We offer local delivery and refill options within Airdrie.
Delivery times and schedules may vary and are listed on our website.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather or road conditions).
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or issue refunds;
however, if you have any issues with your product, please email us at info@bobbysrefillery.ca.
We will address these on a case-by-case basis.
Some Products come with Lifetime Warranty and are stated as such on the Product Pages.
Refill Containers
We encourage reuse of our containers. Returned bottles or jars must be clean, dry, and free of residue before refilling.
Unsafe or contaminated containers may be declined for refills to protect product integrity.
Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy. Information you provide is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, graphics, and logos — is the property of Bobby’s Refillery and may not be used without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
